The UWMRRC mission is to Educate current and future members of the medical physics community, conduct cutting-edge metrology Research on medically-relevant ionizing radiation and provide quality medical physics Services to the global community.

Vision Statement
The UWMRRC is a collaborative hub, working across multi‐disciplinary boundaries, to bring together standards laboratories, researchers and industry to create the next breakthroughs in medical physics and develop the metrological standards to enable their safe and effective use.

Our accredited calibration lab serves our customers with a dedication to responsiveness and education. We continue to develop new capabilities while maintaining a commitment to quality in metrology and dosimetry.

Through our commitment to education and engagement with the medical physics community we prepare and empower our graduates to have a positive impact both as leaders in medical physics and as the caretakers of its future.
